Berklee Preparation Course
-Aside from Berklee Track Program, significant number of participants apply for Berklee audition annually. So, SJA Music Institute offers Berklee Audition Preparation Course that supports students with audition preparation guide and academic plans after their acceptance.
-SJA Music Institute also offers private lessons that focus on audition preparation for Berklee and other global music colleges (USA, Canada, European countries, etc.). Lessons can also be taught in English according to the students’ preference.
-Instructors who have studied and graduated from the world-class music colleges provide practical and theory-based teaching and experience-based advices to help students get prepared for auditions.
Application Guideline
Program Description
*Private lessons (Prepared Piece, Improvisation, Sight-Reading)
- Education: Special training on the prepared piece, improvisation and sight-reading (mandatory requirements for Berklee audition)
-Special training for each instrument: Special training on prepared piece, improvisation and sight-reading required of Berklee audition.
- Academic Guidelines: Support in receiving recommendation letters from the instructors, guidelines for making portfolios, and rating audition preparation after acceptance.
*Ear Training, Basic Harmony (Ear Training, Sight-Reading, Basic Harmony)
-Education : Special training on ear training and basic harmony (mandatory requirements for Berklee audition)
-Special training for each instrument: Focused on improving skills for ear training and basic harmony required for Berklee audition. (as well as preparing recommendation letters from their instructors during the audition application process.)

*Consists of 15-minute audition and 15-minute interview (over 30 minutes of audition for every student)
